NEHAL PATEL

ROLE: HVAC Design, Energy Modelling, and LEED® services
RESPONSIBILITIES: Nehal is one of the Mechanical project managers for projects designed by Aerius Engineering. Nehal is responsible for designing and preparing documents for the HVAC system. He will coordinate plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems with our in-house engineers. Nehal will be involved in energy modeling and will provide required LEED® support documents. He will be involved and committed to the success of each project from the start to the finish.
QUALIFICATIONS: Nehal received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree with Cum Laude honours from Temple University, Philadelphia, USA in 2006. Nehal is licensed Professional Engineer in the state of California. Nehal offers over five years of experience in mechanical engineering with experience in the academic, residential, retail, healthcare, industrial, and commercial buildings including office building, library, school, laboratory and warehouse. He has provided mechanical design and construction administration services for these market sectors.
Nehal has experience overseas and in the United States. He believes in the importance of implementing mechanical systems that are sustainable, efficient and create comfortable environments for the end user. Nehal became a LEED® Accredited Professional in 2009 and has worked on several projects following the LEED® rating system.
