ROLE: Provides support for all departments as well as directly responsible for HR and Accounting.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Kathleen is the administrative assistant to the company's principal's, as well as, provides support for all departments and staff personnel. Manages all operations; accounting, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Billing, Banking, Payroll and Benefits. Is the key liaison between the Office Manager and staff.
QUALIFICATIONS: Kathleen joined Aerius Engineering Ltd. in January 2007 as an Administrative Assistant. She brings a strong commitment to providing accurate and dependable services with prompt response and attention to staff, clients, consultants and contractors.
