OPERATION AND DESIGN PHILOSOPHY

One of the foundational philosophies of Aerius Engineering is to maintain hands-on Principal involvement throughout our projects. This works to provide key experience in the design in order that the owner and the architect can, in turn, make informed decisions about the function of the facility. It also allows us to stay close to the project in order to assure that quality, uniformity and schedule are maintained. This affords quick decision making that, at times, only a Principal can deliver to the design team.

Beyond that, the Principals at Aerius Engineering have a deep commitment to service. We understand that there are those particular times on a project where extraordinary effort is required. This can manifest itself in timely response, work effort, doing more than expected, and other areas. We are committed to that level of service. We want to be noted not only as excellent engineers, but people who genuinely know how to serve. When we achieve these goals, we know our clients and their projects will be justly rewarded.

Aerius Engineering will work with the Architect, Building owner and other members of a design team to complete a project. The principals of Aerius Engineering work on all phases of a project so that careful attention is given to every detail. As shareholders of Aerius Engineering, the staff is dedicated to the success of every client that requests a proposal. The same Principal that prepares the client's proposal attends the consultation meetings, determines the design schematic, develops the design and supervises the preparation of the construction documents. Then during construction, the Principal will carefully review submittals and will make observations to assure quality workmanship.
